Shipping;
 
Shipping to be confirmed - Shipping is not free and will be calculated based on your order and region. A finalised invoice will be emailed to you within 12 hours of receipt of your order.
 
Shipping costs are calculated on an individual order basis only, we are unable to automatically calculate during the checkout stage of your order, so please place your order which we will then calculate and reply with a confirmation within 12 hours of receipt of your order, this way you can be 100% sure of what you are paying for before you pay - if unsatisfied with costs, you can simply cancel or amend your order before making payment. NZ Post (Prepaid bags) is used for most smaller items under 3.0kgs in weight, this is a non tracked service but can be upgraded to a tracked service for a small fee (Rural surcharge may apply)
 
Medium sized parcels up to 5.0kgs or <0.25 m3 can be sent on NZ Post tracked service or Fastway Couriers.
 
Larger items (Over .025m3 or over 5.0kgs) are sent with Fastway couriers or Freight Lines depending on the size, weight and destination of your order.
 
Shipping times are between 3 to 5 business days depending on the size of the item and your location. Urgent couriers can be arranged at special request, but at the buyer’s expense. We are not able to cater for Saturday deliveries.
 
Rural delivery on courier items can go direct to your door; Please be sure to confirm if you are in a rural location – if unsure, please use the NZ Post address checker here
Note; this is not 100% accurate and only refers to NZ Post items – Fastway courier’s rural boundaries differ from NZ Post. If you are unsure, contact us here.
 
Larger carrier items such as chicken coops and extra large incubators will generally go to the nearest depot to ensure we offer the best available shipping prices. Please contact us for a quote and your nearest depot address.
 
Pickups are available from our store in Little River during business hours only; please refer to our website for our business hours.
Please note; All livestock is strictly for collection only.

Returns
 
Our 30 day money back guarantee gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we'll happily provide you with an exchange or full refund.
 
We offer a 30 day returns policy for most items provided they are in unused and in resalable condition.
 
The 30 day right of return starts from the date delivered or collected and items must be received back before the end of the 30 day period. All returns must come back in unused, resalable condition in original packaging.
 
Shipping costs and the costs of returns are non-refundable. (Please refer to our warranty policy for further details)
